Veteran saves truck driver with battlefield first aid skills
Marine veteran James Brown is recognised as a 'highway angel' after using his combat first aid skills to save a fellow truck driver whose leg was impaled by metal following a crash on 22 May. Brown, driving in poor conditions near Little Rock, Arkansas, acted quickly to provide life-saving assistance.
