US Soldier Missing Since Korean War Laid to Rest After 75 Years
US Army Sgt Celestino Chavez Jr, missing since the Korean War, is laid to rest in Gallup, New Mexico, after DNA analysis confirmed his identity. He was wounded near the Changjin Reservoir on 30 November 1950 and reported missing three days later. His burial includes full honours and posthumous medals.
