Syrian Commission Targets Fadi Saqr for War Crimes

A Syrian rights commission is building a case against Fadi Saqr, a militia leader linked to the Assad regime, for war crimes and crimes against humanity. Saqr, a former commander of the National Defence Forces, faces accusations of mass killings and forced disappearances of civilians in the Tadamon area of Damascus.
