State Lab Clears 70% DNA Backlog, Testing to Resume in July
The state laboratory has cleared 70 per cent of its DNA backlog, processing 600 samples related to rape investigations. The laboratory director is optimistic that new cases can be tested and results returned within two weeks starting in July.
