Son charged after father's fatal stabbing in Sydney's west

A 25-year-old man has been charged with the alleged fatal stabbing of his father in Sydney's west on April 2. Emergency services found the 50-year-old victim with critical injuries, and he later died at the scene. The accused is set to appear in court today.
