Palestinian doctor in solitary confinement after 17 months detention

Dr Hussam Abu Safiya, a Palestinian doctor held by Israeli forces since December 27, 2024, is now in solitary confinement after 17 months without charge. His son expresses concern for his father's wellbeing following the transfer to a maximum-security prison, which Physicians for Human Rights Israel reports was done without explanation.
