Lex Greensill Banned from UK Company Directorship for Nine Years

Lex Greensill is banned from running UK companies for nine years following the collapse of his firm, Greensill Capital, which owed £1.6bn. The Insolvency Service announced that Greensill signed a disqualification undertaking, concluding the case before a scheduled trial on 8 June 2026. No dishonesty was found in his actions.
