Jamie-Lea Biscoe, 19, killed in Essex dog attack identified

Nineteen-year-old Jamie-Lea Biscoe has been identified as the victim of a fatal dog attack in Leaden Roding, Essex. A 37-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of being in charge of a dangerously out-of-control dog, which has been seized for breed testing. A post-mortem examination is scheduled for Sunday as investigations continue.
