Five-Year-Old Traumatised by Wrong Prescription, Report Reveals

A five-year-old girl suffered severe pain and bleeding after a physician associate incorrectly prescribed a vaginal pessary, according to a health ombudsman report. The girl, who was taken to a GP practice for itching and discharge, was left traumatised due to multiple failures in her care.
