Ebola outbreak in Congo and Uganda declared international emergency

The World Health Organisation declares the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda an emergency of international concern. So far, there are 80 suspected deaths, eight confirmed cases, and 246 suspected cases reported. Health authorities are mobilising resources to contain the spread of the virus.
