Study reveals chimpanzees waging civil war in Uganda
A new study reveals that a community of chimpanzees in Uganda's Kibale National Park engaged in coordinated attacks against each other, marking what may be the first documented case of civil war among wild chimpanzees. Primatologist Aaron Sandel observed the initial signs of conflict in June 2015, as the chimps displayed nervous behaviour before the violence erupted.
