Briton sentenced for encouraging US man's suicide on video call
Dylan Phelan, a 21-year-old Briton, is sentenced to six years and four months for encouraging the suicide of Louisiana native Travis Dyer during a video call in 2024. Phelan pleaded guilty to acts capable of encouraging suicide and also admitted to multiple counts of possessing extreme pornographic images and making an indecent image of a child.
