Artemis II astronauts are set to break a distance record on April 6, 2026, during their moon flyby. The crew, consisting of Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Jeremy Hansen, will travel 5,000 miles (8,047 km) beyond the moon, surpassing the Apollo 13 record from 1970.
